Knockout Pest Control & Termite sends a licensed specialized termite inspector to your home or office to conduct a thorough inspection. Through the termite inspection, we determine the type of termite infestation and the sources of the termite infestation. We then prepare a report that includes recommendations for termite elimination, termite treatment and termite damage repair.
Termite Escrow Inspections
Our licensed, specialized termite inspector treats termite inspections performed for escrow with a great deal of importance. We prepare termite escrow reports for realtors, sellers, and the buyers. Our Wood Damaging Organism reports are clear and concise. The WDO report identifies termite species, identifies the area of infestation on a diagram, and reports dry-rot and fungus damage and infection.
In addition to identifying the termite problems, the WDO termite damage report provides recommendations for correction, including termite treatments and termite wood repair. Knockout Pest Control & Termite delivers professional, easy-to-read termite reports, and provides them to the customer quickly, often the same day.
Our termite escrow inspections do not hold up escrow for realtors and homebuyers because we provide a quick turnaround on the reports and are well equipped to perform any termite repairs, termite treatments or termite wood damage repairs in a timely manner that does not delay closings. In addition, we can be paid through escrow for any termite treatments or construction repairs, which eliminates out of pocket expenses.
